Our driver was very friendly and helpful. He was very apologetic for being late due to an accident on the highway. We appreciated that the office phoned to let us know that the driver was late and let us know when he would be able to arrive. The office let us know that they had tried to find an alternate driver. The driver also phoned to let us know when he was close (within 5-10 minutes arrival). Even though there was construction in the area of the pickup, the driver made sure to come right up to where we were waiting.
