We were met at the airport as notified by text on our arrival. Our driver Frédéric was very friendly and got us to our destination safely. He waited patiently and then helped us as we were sent from desk to desk by less helpful Swissport and easyjet staff. He chatted to us en route and returned at the end of the week to collect us letting us know where and when he would be waiting for us. Great service.

Also - it was stop and go traffic, but on the way to a 9hour flight it was not pleasant to be stopping short. Better to have a smooth ride than a fast one - unless people are requesting a rush. All in all it was a good ride though
