We had an early flight to Amsterdam, to early to use the train. We scheduled our car 3 days in advance. WE got a confirming email soon after making the reservation, with the name of the driver and a number to call with any issues. The service worked exactly as advertised; our driver arrived at the hotel on time, we owed nothing more than what we had paid by card online, the ride was comfortable, direct, and on time. I recommend this service if you have an early flight, or don\'t want to deal with your bags on the train. Also, the vehicle was a small Mercedes van with 3 rows of 3 seats, comfortable & clean, so also worthwhile for a group.

Despite some negative reviews, our driver was at the airport waiting, I initially did not see him but he had already texted me and I just called him on the phone and he told me where to meet him. I actually had walked behind him and didn\'t see my name on his ipad.
