Auf Rückfragen meinerseits wurde prompt reagiert. Als ich signalisiert habe, dass die Zahlung mit Kreditkarte sich für mich schwierig gestaltet wurde direkt eine Alternativlösung angeboten. Positiv finde ich auch, dass 2 Tage vor der anstehenden Fahrt nochmals eine Bestätigung versendet wird auf die man im Zweifelsfall reagieren kann.
