Wir würden sehr herzlich vom Fahrer empfangen, ein sehr sympathischer Mann haben mit so einem Service nicht gerechnet somit waren wir sehr positiv überrascht. Werden diesen Service weiterhin nützen. Das Fahrzeug mit Ausstattung 1a! Trotz verspäteter Anreise hat der Fahrer auf uns gewartet.

Driver very professional and on time, very friendly with me as well as with my children. Very attentive with security. Verified if all belts for the children were fasten correctly. Followed all speed limits perfectly. Help carry all baggages for pick up and drop off. Would definitely use your company again and if it was possible, have the same driver as well.

For the return transfer to Zurich, the driver has accepted to drop us off at the Crowne Plaza Hôtel instead of the Zurich Airport. Indeed, we wanted a day to visit the city of Zurich. Thank you for that. And having basicaly reserved a transfer to the Zurich Airport for a flight at a certain time, thank you to your company for having let us a delay for our visit of Zurich.
