The driver met me at airport . I did not find the driver right away and after I called the customer support telephone number, I received instructions and the problem was handled , late in the evening. The driver instructed me and gave me some further advice. I liked, that after choosing airoport transfer at the homepage, there were details on how the driver meets passengers at the airport and customer phonewas answered late in the evening. Recommended.

ALTHOUGH THE PLANE ARRIVE LATE AND THERE WERE LONG DELAYS IN PASSPORT CONTROL MAKING US ARRIVE AROUND 1 HOUR LATE, THE TAXI WAS WAITING, THE DRIVER HELPED CARRY OUR BAGS TO THE CAR AND FROM THE CAR INTO THE HOTEL RECEPTION. WHICH WE APPRECIATED AS WE ARE BOTH OVER 70 YEARS OLD AND IT HAD BEEN A LONG DAY. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!

We were delayed and thought the driver would have left. We came out and could not see our name anywhere. To our surprise there were 2 entrances out and the driver was there waiting. He was very polite, talkative and made us feel very comfortable. I would definitely use again.
