WE got a confirming email soon after making the reservation, with the name of the driver and a number to call with any issues. The service worked exactly as advertised; our driver arrived at the hotel on time, we owed nothing more than what we had paid by card online, the ride was comfortable, direct, and on time. I recommend this service if you have an early flight, or don\'t want to deal with your bags on the train. Also, the vehicle was a small Mercedes van with 3 rows of 3 seats, comfortable & clean, so also worthwhile for a group.
