The driver was prompt and was defiantly helpful and chatty. He helped us with some recommendations all of which were good and also let us have a nice nap on the way to the hotel after a gruelling day getting to Switzerland. I would definitely use him again if I am in Switzerland and would recommend him to everyone! Great guy, great company and great service.

Driver very professional and on time, very friendly with me as well as with my children. Very attentive with security. Verified if all belts for the children were fasten correctly. Followed all speed limits perfectly. Help carry all baggages for pick up and drop off. Would definitely use your company again and if it was possible, have the same driver as well.

For the return transfer to Zurich, the driver has accepted to drop us off at the Crowne Plaza Hôtel instead of the Zurich Airport. Indeed, we wanted a day to visit the city of Zurich. Thank you for that. And having basicaly reserved a transfer to the Zurich Airport for a flight at a certain time, thank you to your company for having let us a delay for our visit of Zurich.
