Our two drivers were excellent; only wish they spoke a little more English, but, I don't speak French either, so that was fair. They were ON TIME, very courteous and efficient. Most important very reliable as we did not have to worry about them being there.

Drivers were courteous and informative. We had a little difficulty understanding our driver, Luzern to Basel, but he was great regardless. Our first driver was a wealth of information and took an extra few minutes to show us around before delivering us to the hotel. Both vehicles were luxurious and spotless.

My sister actually left her bag in the Van and he had to come back to give it to her and he was very great about the whole thing.
