We had to change our booking the night before to make a much earlier flight. The assistant on the phone could not have been more helpful and the driver met us at 6am instead of 6pm as requested. Overall great service, I would definitely use them again.

I had to change my flight at about 2am, and needed a taxi at very short notice, to pick me up in a few hours at 7.30am. I called another taxi service and they did not pick up the phone. I called Swiss Taxis and the 24/7 service picked up the phone immediately. The phone operator helped me to quickly find a driver to arrive at my apartment at 7.30am. At 7.20am the driver was on his way and gave me a call. At 7.30am exactly he was outside my apartment! Swiss taxis was efficient, communicative and professional. When other taxi services did not pick up the phone, Swiss taxis responded immediately and helped me get to the airport with more than enough time to spare. The phone operator and driver were both friendly, helpful and professional. I am so grateful for such a superb experience, and I will be using and recommending Swiss Taxis in the future.
